مقدمة

نحن في "روابي المندي" (يشار إليها في هذه الوثيقة بـ "نحن" أو "المنصة" أو "التطبيق") نولي خصوصية عملائنا وزوارنا أهمية كبيرة، ونلتزم بحمايتها وفقًا لأحكام نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (PDPL).

توضح هذه السياسة نوع البيانات التي نجمعها، وأسباب معالجتها، والجهات التي قد نشارك بياناتك معها، وكيف يمكنك ممارسة حقوقك القانونية بخصوصها. باستخدامك لتطبيق أو موقع روابي المندي فإنك توافق على الشروط الواردة في هذه السياسة.

1. من نحن

نحن "روابي المندي"، نقدم خدمات طلب الطعام والتوصيل عبر تطبيقنا وموقعنا الإلكتروني في المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة بياناتك الشخصية ("مراقب البيانات").

2. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

قد نقوم بجمع ومعالجة الفئات التالية من بياناتك:

1. بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، تاريخ الميلاد، الجنس، كلمة المرور، رمز التحقق (OTP)، معرف المستخدم.
2. بيانات الطلب: نوع الطلب، رقم الطلب، الفرع، محتوى الطلب، الأصناف والكميات، الإضافات، الملاحظات، المبلغ الإجمالي.
3. بيانات التوصيل: العنوان، الحي، المدينة، الرمز البريدي، الإحداثيات الجغرافية، معلومات المركبة عند التوصيل للسيارة.
4. معلومات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، عنوان IP، معرف الجهاز، معلومات الجلسة.
5. بيانات التفاعل: العناصر المضافة للسلة أو المفضلة، سجل التصفح داخل التطبيق، ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies).
6. بيانات الدفع: طريقة الدفع، مبلغ الدفع، تفاصيل الاسترداد، إيصالات الدفع (لا نقوم بتخزين بيانات البطاقة الكاملة؛ تتم معالجتها عبر بوابة دفع معتمدة).
7. بيانات دعم العملاء: محتوى استفساراتك ومراسلاتك مع فريق الدعم.

3. أغراض معالجة البيانات والأساس القانوني

لن نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض غير متوافق مع الأغراض المذكورة أعلاه دون إشعارك والحصول على موافقتك إذا كانت مطلوبة.

4. مشاركة البيانات

لن نقوم ببيع أو تأجير بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد نشارك بياناتك، بالقدر الضروري فقط، مع: مزودي خدمات تقنية (استضافة سحابية، تحليلات، إشعارات) يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا وبناءً على تعليماتنا فقط، بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني المرخصة، مندوبي/شركات التوصيل (الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان فقط)، فروعنا التابعة لتحضير الطلب، الجهات الحكومية أو القضائية عند الالتزام النظامي، والمستشارين القانونيين والماليين بموجب عقود سرية.

جميع الأطراف المذكورة ملزمة تعاقديًا بالحفاظ على سرية بياناتك واستخدامها فقط للغرض المتفق عليه.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية طالما كان حسابك نشطًا، ونقوم بحذفها أو إخفاء هويتها عند حذف الحساب، إلا إذا استلزم النظام الاحتفاظ بها لفترة أطول (مثل بيانات الفواتير والمعاملات المالية، أو النزاعات القانونية العالقة).

6. أمن المعلومات

نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الفقدان أو الوصول غير المصرح به أو التعديل أو الإفصاح، بما في ذلك التشفير، وجدران الحماية، والوصول المقيّد للموظفين المخولين فقط. مع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان نقل البيانات عبر الإنترنت بشكل مطلق، وباستخدامك لخدماتنا فإنك تقر بهذا الأمر.

7. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

خدماتنا موجهة للبالغين. لا نقوم بجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد، وإذا تبين لنا حدوث ذلك سنقوم بحذفها فورًا.

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لمواكبة التغييرات في خدماتنا أو التزاماتنا القانونية. سيتم نشر أي تحديثات على هذه الصفحة، وننصح بمراجعتها بشكل دوري.

Rawabi Al-Mandi provides food ordering and delivery services through our app and website within Saudi Arabia. We are the data controller responsible for processing your personal data.

4. Device information: device type, operating system, IP address, device identifier, session information.
5. Interaction data: items added to cart or favorites, in-app browsing activity, cookies.
6. Payment data: payment method, amount paid, refund details, payment receipts (full card details are not stored by us; payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway).
7. Customer support data: content of your inquiries and correspondence with our support team.

3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

We will not use your data for any purpose incompatible with those listed above without notifying you and, where required, obtaining your consent.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We may share your data, only to the extent necessary, with: technical service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, notifications) processing data strictly on our instructions, licensed payment gateways, delivery personnel/companies (name, phone number, and address only), our affiliated branches to prepare your order, government or judicial authorities where legally required, and legal/financial advisors under confidentiality agreements.

All parties listed above are contractually bound to keep your data confidential and to use it only for the agreed purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active, and delete or anonymize it upon account deletion, unless the law requires a longer retention period (e.g., billing and transaction records, or pending legal disputes).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption, firewalls, and restricted access limited to authorized personnel. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and by using our services you acknowledge this.
